Hi, I'm Susmita Banerjee.
I help organizations scale high-impact learning through decision-based design, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. I'm also designing learning that improves confidence, clarity, and adoption in the real world.
About
I help organizations design learning that supports AI adoption, leadership capability building, and product enablement, especially in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments.
What I'm Known For
- Decision-based learning: Designing scenarios that help people practice judgment and prioritization
- AI adoption enablement: Supporting responsible, practical use of AI through clear workflows and learning experiences
- Leadership capability building: Enabling new and mid-senior leaders through onboarding pathways, decision-focused learning, and development program support
- Scalable learning systems: Designing learning solutions that are structured, reusable, and maintainable across enterprise programs
- Enterprise collaboration: Partnering with SMEs, policy, risk, and business stakeholders to turn complexity into clarity
Across my work, I prioritize learning that is practical, maintainable, and effective on the job, not just well-designed on paper.
Featured Project
Lead the Shift
A scenario-based leadership simulation that allows new operations leaders to practice real-time coaching, prioritization, and escalation decisions in a live-shift context. This end-to-end project demonstrates my ability to manage the full lifecycle of Learning Experience Design—from learning strategy and action mapping to scenario design, storyboarding, visual direction, prototyping, and evaluation design.
